In Dec 2017, my elderly mother left her purse in a handicap restroom stall, and did not realize it until too late. A few 'individuals' have been exceptional, but for the most part, not at all friendly and many (not all) employees seem to have attitudes, like you are bothering them by asking for help (like at the lost and found Club Seranno booth - worst attitudes and unfriendly women I have ever met). No, San Manuel is Not as friendly as they claim to be. BUT If you forget to cash it in and return 1 day after it expires, Now all of a sudden it is Not cash, and not worth the paper it is printed on.
If you steal a casino voucher you will NOT get caught cashing it in. FYI if you lose your cash voucher - The casino will NOT find you to return it.
