I also received a text saying our room was ready (we arrived after 9 pm) and to proceed to the 22nd floor. I mistakenly thought there was a separate entrance and check in, there is not. We stayed in the Alexandria Tower, you check in at the front desk, and the elevator for the tower are situated near by. We stayed here after a 26 hour travel day from the UK and boy was I glad I booked us this room !.
